Our Process

The final product is a live stream easily accessed by anyone with internet connection, shot with multiple cameras and professional audio equipment. You will also receive a recording of what we streamed to keep forever, edited to capture everything.

But how do we get there?

Pre-Booking tests

Streaming requires internet, either venue or using my mobile internet reception. Before we confirm your booking I will contact the venue and ensure adequate internet coverage in principle. 

Book & Preparation

A live stream can have anything you want, once you’ve paid a £200 deposit I will:

• 1. Complete a site visit to confirm internet coverage, if there is a problem un seen in initial checks and streaming is impossible I’ll refund the deposit.
• 2. Build your stream introduction: 15 minutes before your walk down the isle the stream will open for people to wait and chat. Here we can put drone footage of your venue, pictures of you, or anything else you like.
• 3. Find out more about your big day  – talking through what will happen, where and when it will happen will help make sure every moment is captured.
• 4. Decide where to stream:
  • A private YouTube link I create
  • Your personal Facebook account 
  • Our Facebook pages’ public page
  • Other platform of your choice.

The Big Day

Depending on venue I’ll arrive 1-2 hours before to set up and make final tests on the stream. 

During your service cameras should be placed close to the front for best quality and I will need a space within 20 meters of the cameras, off to the side for our streaming equipment. 

During the service you can have the stream on your phone and chat to your online guests via the chat box.

After you have left the ceremony, I will end the stream and pack up.

Final Touches

You will be able to watch the live stream back that night, subject to the streaming platform. However our cameras will have recorded a high quality version of this same video. Live streamed videos have lower quality as they are squashed to make sure everything runs smoothly.

After your ceremony I will edit the final video, correct any issues and send you the high quality version via internet transfer.
